Please review the Participant Agreement Terms Below and Agree to Each Term: By initialing below, you irrevocably agree that, if Soul Chats (the ‘Company’ or ‘we/us’) approves your application and accepts you as a member of the Gold or Platinum Program (the ‘Program’) participant, then this Platinum/Gold Program Participant Agreement (‘the Agreement’) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the Program. By adding your signature below you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. These terms and conditions apply to this contract period only. We may amend this agreement for subsequent terms after this contract period.

By completing the Application and adding you’re electronic and/or signature below, you authorize the company to charge your credit card or debit card for your membership in the Program, if the Company approves your Application and accepts you into the program, unless other arrangements are made. Not Applicable if you are paying my check (by special arrangement only). Furthermore, you agree to be in the program, you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the entire 6-month course of the Program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be made on a timely basis as set my individual contract.

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive program experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive, or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if you impair the participation or Program instructors, or participation of other participants in the Program. By checking yes you are agreeing to these terms.

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. By checking yes you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any Program participant. We respect your confidentiality and proprietary information, ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively ‘Confidential Information’) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow participants and the Company. By adding your electronic signature and initialing below you agree (1) not to infringe on any Program participant’s or Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or their Company, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions, (4) the reproduction, distribution, sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, you agree that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. By checking yes and adding your signature below, you acknowledge that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherit risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money as a result or your participation in the Program. You also acknowledge that you represented to the Company that payment of your Program membership fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.

The Program instructors are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and the information provided to you by the Program instructors is not intended as such. By initialing below, you agree to refer all legal, tax, accounting, and financial related inquiries to appropriate qualified professionals.

RESCHEDULING. If you need to reschedule your call, please give me at least 24 hours notice. If you have an emergency, we will work around it. There may be a time where I am forced to reschedule as well, but I will let you know at least 48 hours in advance, usually longer.

CHALLENGES. If I ever say or do something that does not feel right, please bring it up. I promise that these situations are valuable for both of us to deepen our collaborative efforts in communicating above the line. I want you to feel comfortable and safe.

CONFIDENTIALITY. I (Mentor) recognize that you (Client) may have the following: Future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information and other proprietary information. I (Mentor) will not at anytime, either directly or indirectly, use any information for my own benefit, disclose or communicate in any manner any information to a third party. I (Mentor) will not divulge that we are in a mentoring relationship without your (Client) permission.

This Clause is N/A at this time. The exception to this confidentiality statement is for certification purposes. To maintain professional coaching designations, Client permits Mentor to submit Client’s name, the duration of the mentoring relationship and phone number or email address for credentialing bodies; the nature of conversations will never be shared. Client should inform Mentor before signing this agreement if Client is uncomfortable with the confidentiality exception.

NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP. Client is aware that the Mentoring relationship is in no way meant to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. Should the Client feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is therefore the responsibility of the Client to seek such services. The client enters into soul mentoring with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. The Client is hiring Soul Chats for the purpose of advising and supporting them in the process of developing and reaching intended goals and the Client understands that Coaching results are not guaranteed.
